      Excellent product (database and reports), agile i.e. regular software developments and improvements Good salary and commission

      Cons

      Environment and culture: akin to a Victorian workhouse KPI's x1,000,000 No staff kitchen!? Not allowed to make yourself a cup of tea / coffee!? Toilets are beyond grim - think Glastonbury - think again Ineffectual, lazy middle management that don't understand the product Worse than a Welsh call centre

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
