Within company structure, leadership prioritizes internal promotion above hiring externally, which gives all employees an excellent path forward to promotion.

As the company is so large, there can be more processes to follow / red tape to manage. Overall, necessary processes keep everyone working together and aligned so I wouldn't report that as a heavy "con"
