Pros
Have been working with GSR chennai for a long time now and have enjoyed it. The growth has been good ( joined as a mid level consultant and have now grown to lead a practice) and have got opportunities to travel and work with good set of people. The learning potential is great and good support to improve self.
Cons
The cons are of any growing company which is transitioning to a larger one, mostly in process implementations (not just technical but right from projects to HR) that can be improved. There are positive steps taken in that aspect lately which is good.
