No pros nothing,very very worst place to work i have seen so far, very very worst management. .people.
Cons
* They don't have projects ,only having single project which is serving the whole organisation ,if it is finished you will be layed off ,they are struggling to have a single project. * Project manager doesn't even finish pg degree, after i joined in this company only he was passed his diploma. * They will treat like a school student ,not to spend much time in cafeteria, lunch time. * Poor working culture, if you are working on Saturdays and Sundays only they will accept you are working otherwise they will think you are an ineffective worker. Even if you finish the task ,they will give you new task to come on Saturdays and Sundays. * No freedom of work it makes you feel like you are inside a Jail. *My best advice to anyone decided to join in this company will need to re think his/her decision if you want to enjoy weekends with the family or friends. * They will also not let you to go soon in week days also, any one join in this company will not leave soon to their home, I have seen lot of guys working daily till mid night even the whole night. * If you join in htis company you will feel tremendous pressure and stressful life. * No work/life balance,you will need to forget the family and friends. * Management people will stand right behind you and push hard to finsh the task in a very short time and they will give a new changes again and again in the current task to make you delay your task and last they will come an tell you are an ineffective worker.
