Pros
Pay TRY to keep their employees as informed as possible as to the status of gov't contracts and future opportunities Flexible with their hours/com-time
Cons
Not quite as understanding of Military sacrifices- meaning one of the few companies that do not do military pay differential.... because of the disparity of mil pay vs average salary. They do however allow you to make up hours before and after to try to compensate- as allowable by the contract.
