      There is no positive thing i can tell

      Cons

      No value for employee. Hire and fire policy. After working for 5 years I can say that the company will not even say Thank you for the work you do.

      Can increase your knowledge level and can let more know about the work height jobs and oil and gas industry service work

      Less team work and no encouragement . Less growth in career opportunities. No benefits and compensation
