Cons

There are dogs outside the building in the parking lot. They do not bite or chase you but as someone who had a traumatic experience with them, I always feel a bit scary to leave office in situations when I have to leave office late due to work obligation. However, the security guard here is very helpful he will help you get to your vehicle safely Open Air Carpark – Especially during sunny season your car can get very hot when you want to go out to lunch or leave for the day. No covered parking so your car may get dirty occasionally with bird dropping or in rainy weather. No café or restaurant in the building – You will need to go out for lunch, order food delivery or pack your own lunch.

Pros

None worth highlighting. Oh parking space is massive, so at least arriving and leaving office in stressed is convenient. Salary is on time as well. Please read ALL the Cons carefully. The unusually high 3‑star and above ratings feel… optimistic, and may not reflect the day‑to‑day reality.

Cons

1. A workplace that perfectly demonstrates what not to do in organizational psychology For a company built on understanding human behavior, the internal culture feels like a live demonstration of every red flag found in management textbooks. If irony were a KPI, this place would exceed targets every quarter!! 2. Communication that shifts like weather patterns Messages can change tone, meaning, or direction depending on who is listening. It’s a bit like watching a chameleon - impressive in theory, disorienting in practice. Employees often find themselves decoding not just what was said, but what was really meant, which becomes a full‑time job on its own. Tiring and torturing 3. Sarcasm and belittling disguised as “leadership style” Professionalism takes on a unique definition here. Comments that would raise eyebrows in most workplaces are brushed off as “just how things are said.” If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be the punchline in a meeting you’re required to attend, this is the place to find out. 4. 4. A culture where respect is optional but unpredictability is mandatory Policies, expectations, and even basic workplace norms can shift overnight. Documentation is more of a suggestion than a practice. The only consistent rule is that the rules will change. 5. Early turnover that speaks louder than any employee survey A noticeable number of new hires don’t make it past the early months. It’s not a secret — it’s visible. Instead of addressing the underlying causes, the situation is often reframed in creative ways that would make a marketing team proud. 6. A workplace that teaches resilience — the hard way If you stay long enough, you’ll develop skills in emotional endurance, ambiguity navigation, and reading between the lines. These aren’t listed in the job description, but they quickly become essential.

Pros

Opportunity to work with employees from different areas, countries and culture. Every project involves people from different teams. Very friendly and helpful colleagues who always offer help whenever I need. I never feel alone. Every day there will be 10 min scrum session for employees to voice any issues to senior management. Problems are usually very quick to be solved. Very hands-on CEO and senior management. Experiences you will gain: • Networking opportunities with Government and Industry • Training and certification opportunity • Experience handling booths and exhibitions locally and overseas • Participating in trade missions to other countries Knowledge you will gain: • Exposure to international business law • International cultures Company Benefits: • Travel or business-related expenses claims are processed monthly • Petrol Allowance • Medical Insurance • Regularly stocked pantry with assortment of drinks and coffee maker for coffee lovers. • Free lunch on Fridays • Regular company events e.g. company lunch, retreats. Others: • Free Parking • Free flow of self-served drinks such as coffee, hot chocolate and tee • Clean Bathroom, the building management take cares of the cleanliness of the facilities.

Cons

No café or restaurant in the building – You will need to go out for lunch, order food delivery or pack your own lunch. The company practises start-up lean culture. Hence, employees need to learn fast and able to communicate problems/challenges faced quickly. Employees who cannot cope with the fast pace do not work long. However, there are quite a number of employees who have been working for almost 9 years at the company.
