      Management is subperb! There are raises every year! This is rare in contract security.

      The healthcare needs work. Need more contracts with oil refineries. (higher pay)

      Pros

      Management doesn't really come around, has faith that employees are arriving punctually.

      Cons

      They never come around to see how the locations are doing. I've worked for them for almost 2 years, haven't seen the district manager since my interview.
