      Pros

      If you enjoy customer service, you will enjoy interaction with guests. Very few customer complaints, as long as you are nice, and friendly.

      Cons

      Training is only done, when there is a crisis, When there is no one else to the job(manager wise) the GM will break down,, and train me, on something new.
