No upper management presence - Assistant Store Manager Global Partners Employee Review

Majority of stores I’ve worked at have had little to no management presence. My manager was friends with the territory manager so she was able to get away with working 20-25 hours a week while the ASM and shift leads are forced to pickup the slack. 24 hours sites should always have a management presence but unfortunately the company doesn’t care much about employees quality of life.
