I love that everyone feels respected and valued, no matter their position or longevity in the company. New ideas are considered and plans are well thought out for a strong follow-through. Expectations are challenging, yet realistic. There are many paths for moving up the ladder. Also, the management is very supportive of the work-life balance. This is by far the healthiest work environment I have experienced!

You are micromanaged, management will spy on you and report back to the President. While he and his wife who also works the company fly back and forth to Nebraska or Wisconsin. They are not open to any change and process and although the new website is a step in the right direction they are still stone ages behind.
