I love that everyone feels respected and valued, no matter their position or longevity in the company. New ideas are considered and plans are well thought out for a strong follow-through. Expectations are challenging, yet realistic. There are many paths for moving up the ladder. Also, the management is very supportive of the work-life balance. This is by far the healthiest work environment I have experienced!

Too many to list but main cons are: horrible role profiling structure that was not even communicated in detail as it relates to your specific job, and if you are lucky enough to know this top secret information about YOUR position you find that they compare apples to oranges and pigeon hole you into a general role. Lack of caring by all levels management in treatment of workers and customers with compromised truth, no integrity and lack basic human manners.
