Pros
I worked with this company a few years ago when it was called NVision Networking and it's been great to see the positive changes over time. Senior management has become much more employee-focused, taking real steps to listen and respond to feedback. There's also a strong emphasis on internal mobility—lateral movement is genuinely encouraged, which has allowed many of us to explore different roles and grow our careers in new directions. On top of that, the perks and benefits just keep getting better. It’s clear that the company is investing in its people, and that makes a big difference in day-to-day satisfaction. Overall, it's an exciting and supportive place to work.
Cons
Wage increases within the same payscale tend to be minimal and often don't keep pace with the rising cost of living or industry standards. This is one issue that has carried over from my past experience. The issue is easily sidestepped, however, with offer matching and title changes / promotion.
