Pros
The only pro is company is located at a good location easy access to public transportation.
Cons
Many cons:- 1) The salary is very low even for a fresher below industry standard. No good hikes at appraisal and very stagnant growth. 2) The managers. Life science team in fine but senior manager of the team should start taking some responsibilities and should owe her actions rather than just blaming the juniors. A good manager is required to lead the team. Current ones are not capable enough. There is no bonding or understanding between analyst and managers so a huge gap is there. 4) A proper HR is required as well. No proper management. The owner cannot take all the responsibility alone. Riaz sir is a good human being but it is high time sir should look into the actions of the managers because deep down many things go wrong which he hardly gets to know about it.
