      Pros

      Steady income during a tough winter, good income in the summer. It is a fun place to work, I always felt appreciated

      Cons

      Buena Vista is a small mountain town with no ski resort near by, this means that winters are slow, the towns economy is based on the summer months and the Arkansas River.
