      The company itself seems to be marketed toward new graduates. Its a pretty easy going company, and everyone is on the younger scale.

      Alot of work, not enough pay. Overwhelming at times

      Cares about their Employees. Thorough Explanation of Expectations. Upper Management listens to cares and concerns.

      Can be easy going at times. Company paid outings.

      Management is terrible, favoritism is apparent, low pay, little to no breaks, use of PTO is frowned upon, management is terrible
