Pros
Friendly employees. Office well decorated. Paychecks are on time.
Cons
High turnover. Micromanagement. Haphazard new hire training. No desktop procedures. No 401K until 3 years which most people on staff are less than because of high turnover rate. No employee development. Managers frequently add and subtract rules, such as job processes, employee break criterion, and overtime requirements. What I was told in the interview was nothing like the experience that I had.
