Very Fraud company in Noida - Software Developer Global Excell Interactive Software Pvt. Ltd Employee Review

It’s been a year since I’ve joined this company and my experience with this company is very good till now. The working culture of the company is very cooperative and positive; everyone shows a team work spirit for each other. I am happy to work with my team who are very supportive and helpful and always find a solution to my problems. Even the projects we get are very interesting informative which draws our more attention and concentration towards my work.

There is no such issue right now which I have faced till now

--> "Nothing Pros for this Company" --> If you want ruin your career so join this company. Employee didn’t get the salary on time even after 100 % delivery. Employee get the salary once in 3 month when employee call several time to owner. No management , do not follow the policy regarding salary. --> If you are going to join this company. make a call to any global excel employee and ask "have you got the salary?" if global excel employee said yes i got the salary. you can definitely go to join this company.

Very bad management. Employee ask for their salary as a beggar.
