There are no pros. Company does not care about no one but itself which mean Dan Tang. He screws everyone and almost killed people with carbon monoxide leak in a machine then laughed.
Cons
Dan doesn't pay correctly, forges signatures, screws people personally and professionally. Dan makes false promises. Doesn't care if things are tested correctly or not. He just wants money and not pay his employees.
