I had never heard of this company before applying. They have an excellent model for equipping near-culture disciples around the world and are an organization led by prayer and the Holy Spirit. The staff is great, and the culture overall is very friendly and encouraging.

Nonprofits don't pay as much as a corporate office does, but at Global, you know your work is sowing into the Kingdom!

The powerful impact of the work done through Global Disciples is evident in the stories and testimonies from the field. There seems to be a genuine, shared desire among staff to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ by utilizing individuals gifts and talents. Staff work hard, collaborate well, and value relationships. The work environment is very positive--the overall vibe in the office is excellent. Even though there are many staff who are relatively new to their roles because of recent turnover, the more experienced staff have been incredibly supportive and gracious. Pay and benefits are solid for a small, Christian non-profit.

Because Global has been growing rapidly, development and improvement of systems has been necessary in order to accommodate the volume of ministry work. Sometimes it has been challenging to maintain excellence in all areas because there is so much work to be done.
