Pros
Good people and benefits. Very flexible hours. Leads the industry in new technology.
Cons
It personly becomes difficult to supervise non-educated union workers that make twice, triple, quadruple or even quintuple what you make and work less time, especially when they constantly complain. Management promotes friends over the right candidates. Travel is awful if you don’t live close. May have to work long over-night shifts with no added compensation. Rotating schedule. Bonuses come and go.
