Good coworkers in a profitable industry. Free coffee and the occasional free lunch or pot luck on holidays.
Cons
Management is absent, incompetent, more interested in protecting their own jobs than promoting talent. No loyalty whatsoever and little room for growth. Will be asked to look the other way on ethical/legal dilemmas.
