Open door policy & I have been working with Globalapps from last 3.5 years and the growth in terms of everything I get is at exponential rate. I have got an opportunity to deliver 5 projects in my tenure till now which one cannot get anywhere else.

Well, nothing major that cannot be managed

They help you find a job but will never pay you.

They don't pay you. They keep promising you that they will be paying on a particular date but you will never get paid. They will give infinite excuses for not paying you. Also if you ask any questions, answers are always procrastinated, but never answered. These people are not at all reliable. Shrinivas and Swathi are the biggest liars in the company and I would suggest stay away from their scam.
