Pros
My division at the bank had a great atmosphere, controlled and created by my very competent seniors. The cafeteria was top class as well.
Cons
The Icelandic financial environment has had it´s fair share of criticism and there seems to be a lot of anger in the society held towards the banks. As being in a front line position, I would often had to face these people and did as such sometimes not feel like my pay check was compensation enough for my work.
