Thus, crippling the entire client's experience - Extremely high turnovers - Toxic environment: No repercussions on poor performance due to personal relationship with GM. Favouritism is obvious within teams and middle management. A culture of gossiping and badmouthing is well practised. - Leaders highly prioritise being friends with subordinates, which is a barrier to growth and meeting the company’s objective. - Lofty dreams and lacking strategy, over-hired in certain departments and was a ticking time-bomb towards retrenchment - Communication is extremely poor at every level in the team and culture is decaying badly in the company due to poor hiring, wrong leadership qualities and promotion.
