Pros
- flexible working (place and time) - unlimited AL - opportunity to grow and learn, be it management or sole contributor - learn cutting edge technologies - culturally diverse
Cons
- some people are quite toxic - use your own device (I believe this has changed) - misalignments do happen even in such small startup - high turnover rate - some processes are being overcomplicated/overengineered - for a startup size company eg bi-annual appraisal process - need improvement on hiring process - high backlog of candidates, but processing pipeline is churning out slowly - further details are summarized under "Advice for management"
