Pros

Has a great staff working for them now. The owner plays an active role in making sure his employees are healthy and happy in their work environment.

Cons

It's a growing company and it seems like they are skimping on important things like new equipment for both shooters & editors, even office space, which can make the company come across as cheap to their clients. They also don't have a "Human Resources" sector with an objective employee which I think is essential to any company. Along with office space -- the location of the office doesn't scream "wedding company". The building itself is old and outdated (employees have 1 bathroom and no 'break room' with kitchen etc., and no way to get clean water for drinking), and compared to other photo/video offices in the BC area it just doesn't scream "we're professional and put together, we can afford to give you the best wedding experience possible!" You get paid once a month -- though you can ask for an advance! This just usually is pretty hard for employees on a strict budget, and payroll is only available on set days per month, that change.

Pros

Most of the team members are fun

Cons

For a starter, management is terrible. They don't know what they are doing and it shows in their way of treating their employees. They yell to their employees on many accounts and then shaming them into crying because they "Cannot get the truth". Salary is ok but nothing to rave about. They send you to work illegally in the U.S. and if you don't want to, they shame you and give you fewer weddings to cover. In the 3 months I have been working, they refused to pay 2 of their contractors and tried to lower one of their contractor's rates without telling them, hoping they wouldn't notice. Management is absurdly misogynistic. There is no experience to be gained by working there; you are a machine and you produce sub-par work
