good wages, good people to work with, members are not that bad, and flexible schedule. Management is open minded and help you a lot
Cons
staff meals are leftover food from 2-3 days ago. no break room, no air conditioner at snack bar, members would get too drunk sometimes. A lot of favoritism with breaks and days off
