Leadership has no vision to correct major process issues. Leadership says they hire the best but will not listen to anyone with solutions. Senior VP, Mills, is not liked and has created a negative culture in Vancouver and now at Cambridge. He doesn’t speak to people, he yells at employees and fires people without logic. Some of our best people were let go this year and it’s further impacted culture. People are scared to speak up. Lots of words about confidence in our direction but leadership doesn’t know how to merge these two companies. You can only call it growing pains for so many years before you have to accept that we have over confident senior exec who really have no clue how to implement processes to address issues impacting our bottom line.
