- Workload is unrealistic, they need to hire more employees - The "culture" is not positive, people either openly dislike the company and are actively searching for a new job, feel stuck as they've been with the company so long and are riding it out until retirement, or in a bubble of ignorance - Information is greatly silo'd depending on department - Blame for issues and failures is passed around, even to the point of management yelling at employees - The company lies about the culture and opportunities to new employees, they do not support training or internal movement - over time is expected and not rewarded or thanked for, nor is it compensated for
