      Rewards hard work Extremely friendly people in all departments Strong management that provides good guidance Lots of little events (volunteering, snack days, etc,) Great benefits Hybrid working environment (WFH Mondays & Fridays)

      Cons

      If you have a hard time saying no to work you may end up a little buried.

      Pros

      Hard working, supportive team atmosphere in office and virtually. Great medical benefits and retirement plan, sick time that rolls over, paid vacation and bereavement as well.

      Horrible leadership and culture. Its all about saving a dollar. Customers are not valued.
