Pros
What I value most about Gleeds is the trust. You’re given real responsibility early on; not just to deliver, but to think, shape and lead. The brand opens doors, and the projects are often complex enough to stretch you properly. I’ve found senior leaders approachable and commercially sharp, and there’s a genuine appetite to do things better; particularly around sustainability and long-term value. If you enjoy ownership and a bit of pace, it’s a place where you can make your mark.
Cons
Like any growing business, the internal systems don’t always move as quickly as the ambition. Workload can ebb and flow depending on team and sector, and career pathways are not always spelled out as clearly as they could be. There are moments when decisions take longer than you’d hope; especially when the market is moving quickly. Consistency across regions can also vary.
