Ability to work remote. Great benefits. Awesome and very helpful co-workers! The CEO is very hands on and transparent, and there is never a question about the direction of the company. GV is also very ethical, which was a very big selling point for me personally. The company is headed in a great direction and I have nothing but positive things to say!

While working remotely is great, it can get lonely sometimes without human interaction on a daily basis.

working remote - somewhat flexible hours

Managers lack sufficient sales skills, Focused so heavily on marketing leads. you use their platform *very basic and constantly changing* ABSOLUTELY no training. First and only time I ever physically met the employer was at a starbucks for an hour where I was given a laptop and a headset. They ask for ideas which are not listened to and definitely not applied to the business model. in 2 months they changed the platform 3 times. They say benefits are paid for but you end up spending 1/10th of each paycheck towards benefits.
