      - No / very little whiplash in company direction - Great supportive teammates - Rather transparent - Working on an actual problem (primarily search) that AI can meaningfully improve - Mission driven; people are invested in solving problems even if some of them are hugely messy

      Cons

      - Very fast-paced, especially on the GTM side - Technical infrastructure can sometimes be a struggle

      1. Fun and impactful product to work on. 2. Business growing exponentially. Marquee customer base. 3. Lots to learn.

      1. AI space is getting noisy. If you can't compete, this is not the industry to be in.

      Exciting product and space to be in. Glean can help set you up for long term success.

      Cons

      Company is very frugal. In a world where it seems everyone else is investing more money into people, product and company as a whole, Glean cuts corners wherever possible. Whether it is subar pay, offices, tools for employees to use; every time somebody needs anything it is an uphill battle to get it with upper management.
