      you do get paid. a lot of the workers are good people and try to produce a good product. always time to do the job again and again and then again.

      Cons

      never time to do the job right the first time. little to no coordination to do the job right the first time. get it done not get it right.

      Pros

      You will learn a lot about the industry here. Weekends off.

      Cons

      There are so many very costly mistakes being made here and covered up from the owners by employees. The owners often blow up on their employees when a problem arises, often using profanity. Theirs no negotiating or discussion to resolve a problem.
