Great work environment - Auto Glass Technician Glass Doctor Employee Review

Monthly meetings with all employees to go over production/sales and how all the Glass Doctor shops in MT state did against each other. It was nice to know how well the business was doing so that everyone would know were to work harder. A great business that doesn't treat you like another employee but as family. Always had plenty of work with wanted overtime. I have so many positive things to say about them.
