When you are doing work you signed up for it is very rewarding.

No growth within the company. Management are inept. I have zero faith in the company. I have given the business everything and now they are scraping the barrel. Unsociable hours, breaks are inconsistent and forgotten about. Constant split shifts and long hours. No consequences either - mistakes are constantly made here that would have people fired at other businesses but no one wants to take responsibility so these mistakes keep happening. It's no wonder we're a failing business. Understaffed on critical days, overstaffed on others. Rota is inconsistent, late, and changes after being published. How can we preach our values publicly when we can't treat our own staff with the same values? Your staff are tired.
