Good enviroment, nice office, low stress, young team, once per year they organize co-working trip in lasting of 5 days covered by company, cool parties...
Cons
Low salaries, czech people have more chance for growth within company then foregneirs and still they keep reffrering to them selfes as "international" company. No bonuses or any kind of financial motivation, almost no benefits except MS card.. Once they even said on all-hands meeting that reword for hard work should be "good feeling".
