      - Some kind, smart, intelligent people - A lot of potential - Fun holiday party

      Cons

      - incredibly cliquey - the company is falling apart and therefore every work "perk" withers away daily - if you're unlucky enough to be at the NoHo office it's hell - petty, incompetent upper management

      Supportive and creative co-workers, good work-life balance, amazing platform to write creatively and try new things.

      Cons

      If you're reading this, I likely don't need to tell you that upper management at G/O media was unbearable. New ownership seems great, though!
