Extremely negative experience; bush league company - Surrogate Consultant Giving Tree Surrogacy Employee Review

Extreme micromanagement. Had to submit a daily written report of what I did each day. Lots of pressure from CEO to sell sell sell but the pay was only making her more money; I didn't see a personal benefit for my sales performance. Team members were some of the most unprofessional I've ever worked with. Extremely unsupportive if you need time off (5 paid vacations days per year; no paid sick time). I quickly cut my losses and found something way better.
