      Pros

      - Flexible work environment - Remote work - In Shibuya area

      Cons

      - Low salary - Raises and bonuses are based on favoritism and not merit - Leadership and management are horrible at business development, product development, and marketing (2+ years and still no finished product that generates profit) - Tech and design talent were completely wasted - Management, constantly holds strategy meetings that go nowhere (like a dog chasing his tail)

      Pros

      Allows us intern to do whatever we want, if it has valid reasons behind it. My colleague (who's still an intern) were allowed to startup a business from scratch and with it, is contributing 10 million yen within a few months.

      Cons

      For people who work passively, they will be bored because most of the time you find and/or claim a task for yourself. You are required to be an actively player.
