The biggest pro working at Giveffect would definetly be the team. Everyone is so helpful, and dedicated to ensuring that the clients are happy, as well as the team! There is also a great work life balance, you will never feel burned out or unsupported.

Cons

Similar to most companies in the non-profit world, the pay is not too great.

Pros

Working here has been a great experience overall. The team is supportive, collaborative, and contributes to a very positive workplace culture. It’s a place where you feel valued and encouraged to succeed. The compensation package is fair, and I would definitely recommend this position to a friend, especially for someone familiar with the industry.

Cons

At times, the KPI expectations can be challenging and may feel demanding depending on workload and market conditions. Having prior industry knowledge definitely helps with adapting quickly and meeting performance goals.
