We work remotely, with colleagues across the country, but I feel as though they are just down the hall. What stands out is how we work together as colleagues. As a small but growing team, we collaborate and bring new ideas to fruition quickly. Everyone does a great job of acknowledging hard work and achievements. Our efforts are consistently recognized in weekly company meetings and rewarded through bi-annual bonuses for meeting or surpassing performance goals, creating a highly motivating and affirming environment. On the product side, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. We actively incorporate feedback and ideas from colleagues and clients, leading to frequent updates and the release of new features every two weeks.
