Comes and goes in waves of new hires which presents challenges

- Great culture of celebrating & rewarding hard work. Regular incentives with actual worthwhile rewards. (Lunches out, early finishes, prizes, days off) - Total lack of micro-management. I am in control of my own projects and feel a strong level of trust and respect from my managers. - A real opportunity to earn - you get out what you put in. I'm still early on in my career but have earned myself substantial bonuses here. Base salary is also far from neglected. (Unlike other companies where you become commission-reliant) - Flat structure where ideas from all levels are respected. Really friendly environment. - Brilliant work-life balance. I never feel overwhelmed or take work home with me. Probably my biggest pro about the company.

- Small internal team so probably not the right environment for someone who prefers a larger organisation - Like other reviews mention, office location is a little out the way of central London stations.
