      Benefits are decent Pay is decent Better on safety Many different career options

      Cons

      Terrible global/regional leadership, all words.. little action Global roles might as well work for another company. They are disconnected from Regional and the local sites. Lack of support Lack of resources Lack of training Lack of clear objectives that are actionable or achievable Integrations/acquisitions are not properly lead/organized, leading to confusion and aggravation to those affected
