International concern with its advantages and disadvantages - Project Manager Givaudan Employee Review

No a big future in Switzerland, no big investments into operations, jobs and departments relocations to East Europe. Givaudan is a huge "animal", quite hierarchical, all the decision of management take tooooo long. You are comletely depending on your line manager. If you don't have a good relatioonship with him or her- you a in "mess"....always show optimism and say "Yes" to everything....then try to improvise if something does not work :)
