      Very demanding startup clients who only want to hire the top 1% software engineers. Time to close might be longer for certain Bay Area startups.

      Pros

      Learnt a lot in terms of sourcing for top notch research scientists, software engineers, etc Great exposure to various ATS, sourcing tools, and strategies for finding the top 1% talent.

      Cons

      Clients can have very tough requirements some times but I guess it's what the industry is looking for.
