      Cons

      New executive team and lots of recent organizational change. Lack of trust in leadership across the board. Burn out common. Recent change in culture - removed Diversity value.

      The most amazing and stronger bonding culture you can find out. People truly take care of each other

      Cons

      The new management estructure ditched that culture for "quality results, fast" which most of the time is an oxymoron
