I love the concept of the mission and the good content and programs that come from this group.

CEO is a MAJOR gaslighter and does not practice what she preaches unless it benefits her. I was in a situation where I was having trouble keeping up with the demands the CEO gave me, having y first child and balancing career and Adriana was quick to belittle me and show zero support or empathy. While I wasn't fired or let go from my role I was intimidated to the point where I couldn't stay another day and had to leave. I was heartbroken and since then I've been treated like an outcast just for being a mom. The rest of my team was terrified to speak to me and that they would suffer from retaliation if they continued to communicate with me. It was one of the worst experiences of my career/ volunteering for a cause I deeply believe in life.
