Pros
The only perk is that you get a bonus thats made up of a percentage of the sales you made through the month, where you'll receive in next month's wage. (Only possible if there isn't a variance over $25, or was it $20?) And from 'mega-sales' (A sale where you sell over $400 worth of items) where you get like an amount that I'm not sure of yet about ($200?). They just want people that will do the job. Good for getting a foot in the door to retail. Experience really depending on the workers there
Cons
There really isn't much professional organisation within the company. In terms of employee benefits, it's ancient. There really is nothing great. You won't really get in touch with the HR if you're just a retail worker. Everything that occurs within the store. The technology used within is over a decade old. It's quite a low cost, low wage company. It's quite close boxed. If you are a young migrant, or come from a low education/ socio economic position/ want an easy foot in to retail and need a job that will pay you the minimum standard wage + bonus (which is received depending on stores), you might consider this company. Job satisfaction really depends on co-workers, and store manager. Terrible if you have the store manager has poor mental health and is under a lot stress from the higher ups and starts harassing you over the phone if the store is doing bad in sales. Also detrimental to your own if you work with a snitch. Workers get "Councelling" if they do something wrong. It's kind of a ridiculous even malicious, and the term is rude towards the mental health field.
